Jenna Hope: MSc, BSc, ANutr

Nutritionist

Jenna is a fully qualified, registered nutritionist with a first class honours degree in exercise and nutrition from the University of Nottingham, and a masters degree in human nutrition from the University of Surrey

After altering her diet in her mid-teens , Jenna became fascinated by the way in which healthy food can influence the way we feel, think and look. From working at a Harley Street clinic with The Food Doctor, to recipe development with Livia’s Kitchen and beyond, Jenna’s experiences as a nutritionist have provided her with a deeper understanding of the struggles which are commonly associated with making healthy choices. It is her belief that eating well should be enjoyable and exciting without taking too much time away from our busy lives.
