A portion of the finest Yellowfin tuna, seared and then lightly dusted with Shichimi togarashi powder to give it that extra kick. Served on a bed of red rice, butternut squash, edamame beans and sesame seeds. The dish is finished off with a drizzle of ginger and orange dressing.

For those of you that like seared tuna, this dish is perfect for simply defrosting and eating. Enjoy!

I love tuna. Ever since I had a tuna steak in the Little Budda restaurent in Hurghada... but to be honest I have never managed to recapture that beautiful, delicate and well cooked tuna that I so loved. Until now. Those geniuses at Transformation Chef have created a succulent and mouth watering tuna dish that is out of this works... and it came out of my freezer... yeah I can't get my head round that either!
