We built The Transformation Chef from day one on three key pillars – sustainability, provenance and quality and we truly believe that the three interlink to offer our customers a super-premium product with great customer service to match.
Initially we worked in the evenings and weekends around our full time jobs to ensure we built a strong and stable business. Both of us are now working solely within The Transformation Chef to really drive the business forward.

Sustainability has always been at the forefront of our business model, even when it meant we had to make more difficult choices and we are proud of the sustainability loop we have built, and continue to develop, that ensures every single meals that leaves our kitchen is planet-focused
Coeliac disease affects one in one hundred people in the UK; however only about 30% are currently clinically diagnosed. In addition just over one in ten people have an intolerance to lactose.
People with these conditions are limited in what they can buy in terms of heat-to-eat meals, therefore what has always made our meals truly unique is not only are they designed to be tasty and nutritious, they are all created bespoke from scratch – and from day one have all been completely free of gluten, dairy and also refined sugar.
Why we’re raising funds
Having built some strong foundations, learnt the harsh lessons that all D2C business do, and refined our product along the way, now is the time for us to spread our wings and truly become the market leader of restaurant quality, nutritionist designed ready meals that just happen to be free from gluten, dairy and refined sugar.
Unlike many early stage food producers, we operate from our own production facility, so funds invested will be used to enhance our marketing and operational teams and upscaling production to see more of our meals in the homes of foodies across the UK!

Yes! Every investor will receive shares in The Transformation Chef. The number of shares you receive will be proportionate to the amount you invest. The final number of shares issued depends on the number of investors and amount of money raised.
We will notify anyone who registers their interest before the campaign goes live. Anyone that pre-registered will receive exclusive access to the campaign before it is made public.
Our target is £125,000
If we are fortunate to raise more than our target, we’ll use the extra investment to grow the company even more quickly than we currently plan.
Raising investment above our target simply means we will have more shareholders and be ‘giving away’ a larger percentage of our company.
