Chris is the creative brain behind all things TTC, from dish development to supplier selection. He has over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry, from heading up operations for groups of small hotel, to running the kitchen in restaurants and gastropubs.
Rach looks after everything from an administrative perspective in the world of TTC, putting the finer detail to everything we do using her experience of over 10 years in the events industry, from international golf tours to wedding extravaganza. She also helps keep Chris in check!
Jenna Hope;MSc, BSc, ANutr
Jenna is a fully qualified, registered nutritionist with a first class honours degree in exercise and nutrition from the University of Nottingham, and a masters degree in human nutrition from the University of Surrey
After altering her food intake in her mid-teens , Jenna became fascinated by the way in which healthy food can influence the way we feel, think and look. From working at a Harley Street clinic with The Food Doctor, to recipe development with Livia’s Kitchen and beyond, Jenna’s experiences as a nutritionist have provided her with a deeper understanding of the struggles which are commonly associated with making healthy choices. It is her belief that eating well should be enjoyable and exciting without taking too much time away from our busy lives.
