Oh so good!

Years ago I worked as a farm hand. One of my fellow hands came from a Salmon Fishery in Scotland. Every so often he would get a whole Salmon on ice shipped from Scotland we would cook it with a little butter and milk and it was soooooo good. Thankfully you don't need to express ship a Salmon from Scotland as the Transformation Chef team have knocked it out of the park again. This Salmon dish is so good its actually outrageous. Packed with flavour. Delicious!
