Lean grilled steak, sourced from family butchers Walter Rose & Son, founded in 1847 and who buy a majority of their beef from Stokes Marsh Farm in Wiltshire.

Sliced for your convenience and available in a range of delicious flavours and seasonings - just choose your favourite or go for plain and add your own

Sold in 500g pouches, providing you with the building blocks to create your own meals - simply defrost in the fridge overnight and this product will remain fresh in your fridge for a further 3 days.

Further orders of bulk packs will be dispatched from Wednesday 25th May, and then Monday-Friday from then onwards. Many thanks for baring with us in the early days of this new offering

How we cook our beef

Our steak comes from family butchers Walter Rose & Son, founded in 1847 and who buy a majority of their beef from Stokes Marsh Farm in Wiltshire.

Firstly we lightly chargrill the steak, then cover in the appropriate seasoning before cooking in a hot oven to a medium rare finish

The steak is then quickly chilled, sliced and packaged ready to be dispatched.
